Petition drive opposes parole for inmate in grisly 1998 slaying of Akron actress
Lilius Landrum was the victim in a 1998 murder case in which Tony Rahmel Smith was convicted. Smith decapitated Lillius, put her head in a bucket and attempted to hide her body behind a furnace. The body was wrapped in a carpet. Smith is up for parole in February after serving 15 years in prison. (Undated family photo)
