Tom Regan, a crew member with Weaver Earth Care trims the grass along a sidewalk at the Akron Zoo using a weed wacker that was designed and adapted by mechanical engineering students at the University of Akron. The students came up with the addition to the tool because Regan was having trouble trimming stray grass at the same height at the lawn. (Ed Suba Jr./Akron Beacon Journal)
