If you want a close look at the Super Sabre F-100D, other aircraft and the Gallery of Heroes, which tells of military folks and their sacrifices, visit MAPS, 2260 International Parkway in Green near Akron-Canton Airport.
Summer hours through October are Sunday, 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The museum is closed on Monday.
Admission is $8 for adults, $7 for 60 and older, $5 for ages 6 to 12 and free for children under 6. Call for group rates and tour information.
