CHEBOYGAN, MICH.: An Ohio man has admitted biting his girlfriend's 2-year-old son to teach him that biting people is wrong.
Michael Schweibinz, 23, of Columbus, pleaded guilty Tuesday in Cheboygan County Circuit Court to second-degree child abuse.
The Cheboygan Daily Tribune reports Schweibinz told the court he was frustrated that the boy had the habit of biting his brother and others. He says he wanted to teach the child a lesson but bit too hard.
Authorities say the boy had adult-size bite marks on his torso, back, neck, arms, face, buttocks and genital area. His mother also is charged with second-degree child abuse in the case. The boy and his 3-year-old brother were removed to foster care.
Schweibinz will be sentenced Sept. 1.

He bit him to teach him a lesson? what a sick sick freak! biting him alll over his body? and what a horrible mother!! how could she be that big of an idiot not to notice her baby has bite marks all over his body? i'm sure she did notice and jsut didn't care because she was to worried about her boyfriend leaving her. they both need to be locked up for a long time.

Maybe a smack on the mouth...but biting your child repeatedly...all over his body ...where the heck was the mother? What did she do about it?
I would have whipped his as$, if I didn't kill him, before I called the police.
My opinion, they should rub him down in meat juices and let an animal bite him all over his body (EVERYWHERE) and then pull his teeth out one by one with no pain medicine. I would not ever let him around children again. Let a family that really wants children adopt them.

I have heard of people biting the biter back but this has gone way beyond that. This is a pedophile situation if he has bitten the child on the genitals and buttocks. What a weirdo.
The mom is stupid for allowing this scumbag around her children. The poor kid is now scarred for life. The most important years for development ruined.

My son went through a biting stage and I bit him back to show him because my daughter wouldn't she is just too sweet and lets him do whatever to he wants to her. So yes, I did it back to him, but I didn't bite so hard that it broke skin, make him bleed or anything else and only did it on his arms. The other places are sickening and child abuse! Mom does not deserve kids. Your kids come first always, no matter who or what!!!!

My child bit me once. I pretended to cry and told her that she hurt me very bad. She never did again. I never raised a hand to any of my children. I believe that punishing a child by hurting them only teaches them that hurting is ok. It is NOT ok. And to think of what that man did to that poor little baby! If that was my child they would be putting me in a jail cell (and not as an accomplice) if you catch my drift! May they both rot in hell.

Irish, good call. When my son was around 2, he went through a biting phase. I pulled the "Ow! Ow!" routine, and my sister intervened and took my son and said "Wow! You really hurt your mommy! Look at how bad you hurt her!" It was hard seeing him react and cry, but it made an impression on him. He bit less after that, and he eventually grew out of such stuff completely.
This story is just heartbreaking.

I am having a hard time with mothers not being strong enough to protect their children. Why is it that some women have to move these men into their homes. He was probably biting the mother too. But hell, if she couldn't help the kids, she deserved it. It's not hard to spot a loser ladies. All she had to do was have a productive conversation with him when she met him, that could help her find out that he is a NUT case.
