Click on the link, which takes you to the Spybot download page.
For the free ZoneAlarm firewall, go to http://www.zonealarm.com/security/en-us/compare-anti-virus-spyware-software.htm.
Choose the basic firewall at the far right.
However, neither program will protect you against viruses the way McAfee software does.
That means you should get new anti-virus software right away.

Spybot. Zone Alarm. McAfee or Norton.
These all address different risks. If you're computer accesses the internet by any means other than satellite, you should have all three.
Satellite users should use Spybot and an antivirus program. No firewall really needed, because satellite (at least Hughesnet) uses IP spoofing which makes direct remote attacks nearly impossible.
