Fairlawn Lutheran Church’s “Windows” celebration — showcasing 37 stained-glass windows created and installed by African-American artist Doug Phillips of Cleveland — will be open throughout the month of February.
■ The church at 3415 W. Market St., next to Summit Mall, will be open to the public during regular business hours.
■ The project kicks off Sunday with a free gospel concert at 3 p.m. delivered by Akron’s Arlington Church of God.
