'Dog-kangaroos' have been found in the Phillipines

A newspaper in the Philippines recently ran a story about two dogs, named Cute and Bambi, who were born without their front legs. The mixed mutts have been dubbed “dog kangaroos” by locals in the village of Quezon City where the pets live with Lope Tulipas, a street vendor.

Many are amazed by the pair -- some even offering to buy them, but Tulipas has turned down all offers.
