Doggie pool open

HINCKLEY TWP.: The fifth annual Dog Paddle & More! will be 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Ledge Pool and Recreation Area in Hinckley Reservation Metro Park.

Visitors may bring non-aggressive dogs to swim at Ledge Pool for a nominal donation to the Medina County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

There also will be a fair featuring various vendors, a dog walk, pet adoptions and animal safety and agility demonstrations.

Enter the park off Ledge Road between State and Kellogg roads.
