Humane Society of Greater Akron’s 10th Annual Gala Slated for September 25

Pawsibilities – the Humane Society of Greater Akron has announced its 9th annual gala event to benefit animals awaiting adoption will take place Saturday, September 25, from 6:00 to 11:00 p.m. at The Akron City Centre Hotel.

This is the shelter’s biggest fundraising event featuring live and silent auction items and a Fund a Project. All of the funds raised during the evening go to direct animal care of their nearly 325 animals in their care. Pawsibilites, the Humane Society of Greater Akron is a non – profit who cares for sick, injured, abused/neglected and abandoned companion animals.

This year we will be honoring our First Pawsibility Hero – which represents an individual who has made a difference to our organization and to the animal community. Tickets are $125 per person, tables and sponsorships are also available. Tickets include hors d’oeuvres, dinner and dessert with a cash bar. All but $50 of your ticket is tax deductible.
