Tom Erickson of WNIR 100.1 FM radio station is an advocate for the homeless animals of Summit County and also throughout our state.

He devotes his personal and professional time educating the public about the over-population problem of dogs and cats, as well as being a strong voice in support for adopting these previously unwanted animals. He gives public service announcements on local adoption events, volunteering opportunities and resources people can take advantage of. Toms tireless efforts are because of his passion to get change in how homeless animals are treated.

DOVIA Greater Akron is an active network of professionals committed to promoting the growth of volunteer administration through support, training, and education. For more information or to contact DOVIA, visit them at www.orgsites.com/oh/akrondovia.
