Pet care offered for low-income Barberton residents
BARBERTON: Low-income Barberton residents can have their cats and dogs spayed or neutered and receive rabies shots at a low cost or free.
Appropriate documentation must be provided.
The service will be provided by One of a Kind Pet Pet Spay/Neuter Clinic on Wednesday. The service is by appointment only and will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
Free transportation for the animals also can be arranged when an appointment is made.
Financial assistance to low-income Barberton residents is being provided by the Heart of Gold Humane Fund, sponsored by an unnamed Barberton family.
