The Federal League and the Northeastern Buckeye Conference are collaborating to stage a night of 16 basketball games Nov. 26 at eight area high schools.
The event, sponsored by Spectrum Orthopaedics of Stark County, is in support of service week, which is being promoted by the OHSAA Foundation.
There will be eight varsity girls games that are scheduled to start at 6 p.m. and then eight varsity boys games that will follow.
The balance of the money will go to Hoops 4 Healing Inc. The local organization promotes the research of liver disease and organ donation education.
Tickets are $5 and will be sold at the door the night of the games.
The schedule of games: West Branch at Boardman; Northwest at North Canton Hoover; Canton South at Canton McKinley; Carrollton at Perry; Austintown Fitch at Louisville; GlenOak at Alliance; Lake at Marlington and Jackson at Minerva.

Foore picks Ashland to continue wrestling
Wadsworth High senior Danny Foore has signed a national letter of intent to wrestle at Ashland University, Wadsworth coach John Gramuglia said in a statement.
Foore, a senior captain, is a Suburban League champion, three-time district qualifier and a two-time state qualifier. He placed fourth at 103 pounds in the 2007 state tournament.
Copley senior plans to play at Gannon
Copley senior Brittany Powell, a 5-foot-7 guard, has signed a national letter of intent to play basketball at Gannon University in Erie, Pa.
She helped the Indians reach the Division II state semifinals as a freshman starter in 2006. She has earned All-Suburban League honors the past three seasons, and was a first-team selection as a junior in 2008.
