No. 20 Louisville 87, No. 12 Notre Dame 73, OT — Terrence Williams had 24 points, 16 rebounds and eight assists as the Cardinals ran by the Fighting Irish in overtime on Monday night in Louisville.
Freshman Samardo Samuels added 18 points, six rebounds and four blocks and Earl Clark had 15 points and 10 rebounds for Louisville (12-3, 3-0 Big East), which won its fourth in a row.
Notre Dame's Luke Harangody had 28 points and 13 rebounds but went scoreless in overtime before fouling out with five seconds remaining. Kyle McAlarney added 19 points for Notre Dame (12-4, 3-2).
No. 6 Oklahoma 78, No. 11 Texas 63 — Blake Griffin racked up his 14th double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds to lead host Oklahoma to a victory over Texas, snapping a six-game losing streak to the Longhorns.
Willie Warren scored 17 points and Tony Crocker added 16 points and nine rebounds as the Sooners (16-1, 2-0 Big 12) built a big lead early and then thwarted a second-half rally.
A.J. Abrams led Texas (12-4, 1-1) with 22 points and Damion James scored 12.
Women
No. 15 Ohio State 67, Illinois 35 — Jantel Lavender had 14 points and 14 rebounds and Star Allen added 13 points and 12 rebounds to lead Ohio State to a win over host Illinois.
Ashlee Trebilcock scored 11 points for Ohio State (14-2, 5-0), which stayed unbeaten in the Big Ten. The Buckeyes overcame a slow start and 12 turnovers to lead 27-20 at the half. Ohio State shot 36 percent from the field before the break, but held Illinois (5-13, 0-6) to just 29 percent shooting.
Jenna Smith led Illinois with 14 points. Lacey Simpson added 12 points for the Illini.
