Firestone 57, Cloverleaf 44 Senior Cari Guyton scored 18 points and junior Imani Gordon added 18 as the visiting Falcons (1-0) defeated the Colts (0-1).
The Falcons led 27-21 at halftime and held off a late fourth-quarter run by the Colts for the win.
Senior Brooke Forsythe led the Colts with 19 points.
Our Lady of the Elms 40, Garfield 28 Sophomore Jessica Frew scored 15 points and senior Amber Matthews added 14 and grabbed 15 rebounds to lead the host Panthers (1-0) over the Golden Rams (0-1).
The Panthers had a 22-11 halftime lead and outscored the Golden Rams 18-17 in the second half.
BreYanna Brown led the Golden Rams with nine points.
Garrettsville 35, Southeast 17 Senior Haley Knight scored 11 points as the G-Men (1-0) defeated the host Pirates (0-1) in a PTC crossover game.
Knight had six rebounds and also led the Pirates with three assists.
