The 26-year-old was waived by the Texans in late November last season and was signed by the Jaguars two weeks later. He appeared in three games for the Jaguars and made three tackles.
For his career, Orr has played 51 games. He has 89 tackles and 10.5 sacks.
His best season statistically came in 2005 with the Texans. He played in all 16 games, including 12 starts, and had a career-high 47 tackles and seven sacks.
