Browns running back Peyton Hillis has apparently offered an olive branch to one of the agents he fired by, well, planning to rehire him.
Hillis is planning to hire Jimmy Sexton of Creative Artists Agency to represent him again, ProFootballTalk reported today. Agent Ben Dogra also will be involved in the representation of Hillis, according to the report.
Hillis fired Sexton last year before signing with two other agents, Kelli Masters and Kennard McGuire, and eventually firing them as well. Hillis parted ways with McGuire last week.
Hillis is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent at 4 p.m. March 13. General Manager Tom Heckert told ESPN last week that the Browns would try to re-sign Hillis, though money will be a deciding factor.
