1. Paul Pierce had a nice effort in Game 2, but I just don't think he'll be a major factor as long as LeBron James is on the court.
2. Pierce seems to force too much with James around, and James' size and strength on the defensive end bother Pierce.
3. Delonte West needs to keep outperforming Rajon Rondo. The Celtics traded West in the Ray Allen deal and kept Rondo. West can hurt them for that choice, but he's got to be more consistent.
4. He has yet to do it, but I think James is going to start making his jump shots. When he rose up to swish one over James Posey in the fourth quarter of Game 3, he looked confident, like the old LeBron. That guy will not stay hidden forever.
5. The Celtics have to be thinking about their road woes. They play terribly away from Boston. The Cavs need to start strong and immediately take advantage of any uncertainty that may be in Boston's minds.
