Not all NBA floors are built alike. Some have more bounce than others, and others are cold and slippery. Cavaliers guard C.J. Miles thought the floor at the Palace of Auburn Hills was slippery Friday.
A number of Cavs players seemed to agree that Boston has the coldest floor — and by extension the coldest arena — in the league. The good ones are harder for players to remember, but the bad ones (Boston, Philadelphia) are fresh in players’ minds.
“Cleveland has one of the better ones,” Omri Casspi said. “You can see it when guys jump. A lot of bounce to it.”
