Education: 2006 Ellet High School graduate and 2010 Kent State University graduate.
Athletic background: Earned nine varsity letters at Ellet: four in wrestling, three in baseball and two in football. A City Series wrestling champion as a sophomore (160 pounds), a junior (152) and a senior (171), and a Division I state qualifier and Academic All-Ohio selection as a senior. Played football for one year at John Carroll University.
Coaching background: First year as Ellet head wrestling coach. Previously served as Orangemen assistant coach for three seasons after being Hyre Middle School’s head coach for two seasons. Held Ellet freshman baseball coach position since 2009.
