Senior Brad Scheiman went 3-for-4 with a single, double and a home run and drove in three runs for the visiting Grizzlies (11-1, 5-1) in a Suburban League win over the Bulldogs (2-8, 2-4).
The Bulldogs led 5-0 after the first inning and had a 10-7 lead after six innings.
Senior Kyle Karaffa went 3-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored and senior Lewis Weber singled, doubled and drove in a run for the Grizzlies.
Senior Josh Galayda doubled twice and drove in two runs for the Bulldogs.
Ellet 8, Cloverleaf 3
Junior Zack Artis struck out 10 for his first win of the season, and the host Orangemen (5-4) defeated the Colts (3-9) in a nonleague game.
Senior Cody Martin hit a two-run double and senior Andrew Myers doubled twice and drove in a run for the Orangmen.
Cuyahoga Falls 5, Mayfield 0
Henry Shaw allowed one hit and struck out five in 6⅓ innings to earn his second win of the season to lead the Black Tigers (5-3, 2-2 NOC Valley).
Shaw also singled, doubled and drove in a run.
North Canton Hoover 11, Youngstown Boardman 0
Dom Iero doubled twice, homered and drove in four runs to keep the visiting Vikings (11-0, 5-0 Federal) this season.
Streetsboro 5, Windham 2
Gage Simpkins threw a no-hitter and struck out seven to earn his first win of the season for the host Rockets (4-6, 0-4). Simpkins also had an RBI single and Nate Bailey singled twice and drove in two runs for the Rockets.
Rootstown 17, East 3
Dylan Baldwin, Jacob Elam and Stephen Hamilton each had three RBI for the visiting Rovers (3-6).
Nordonia 15, Stow 6
Senior Nick Piotrowski hit a three-run home run and a sacrifice fly for the host Knights (9-3) in a nonleague win over the Bulldogs (8-3). Senior Ryan Bauer homered and senior Tyler Alders singled twice, had two RBI and scored two runs for the Knights.
St. Vincent-St. Mary 3, Revere 2
Freshman Aeril Linberger tripled to score senior Nicole Paolucci with one out in the bottom of the eighth inning to break a 2-2 tie and give the host Fighting Irish their first win of the season.
Freshman Lexi Hanley scored on an error in the bottom of the seventh inning to tie the score at two and send the game to extra innings. The Irish (1-5) led 1-0 after the second inning before the Minutemen tied the score in the sixth inning and took a 2-1 lead in the seventh inning.
Paolucci singled three times and scored two runs and Linberger singled twice for the Irish.
Barberton 8, Brush 0
Sophomore Macy Kaisk threw a no-hitter for the second consecutive night to lead the host Magics (7-2) over the Arcs. Kaisk struck out 16 and also had two singles and an RBI. Freshman Kayla Rorrer singled twice, doubled and drove in a run for the Magics.
Springfield 8, Lake Park (Ill.) 0
Seniors Brittany Alekna and Sarah Stubbs each homered for the Spartans (10-1). Senior pitcher Quartni Whited struck out nine in the three-hit shutout for her ninth win of the season.
Kent Roosevelt 17, Copley 10
Senior Megan Nicholls and junior Megan Durnan each homered to lead the host Rough Riders over the Indians. Nicholls homered, singled twice, drove in three runs and Durnan hit a two-run homer and scored three runs for the Rough Riders. The Rough Riders also got help from junior Jenn Doershuk, who hit five singles, drove in two runs and scored four runs.
CVCA 16, Our Lady of the Elms 13
Juniors Jordan Budrevich and Taylor Dittrich each homered and Dittrich and Katelynn Justice each tripled twice, and the visiting Royals (7-5) held off a late rally by the Panthers for the win. Budrevich also singled twice and drove in five runs and Dittrich had four RBI.
Archbishop Hoban 3, St. Vincent-St. Mary 2
The doubles team of Karl Icsman and Will Miles won their second doubles match to break a 2-2 tie to lead the Knights (5-1) over the Fighting Irish (2-4). Chase Krummel won the No. 2 singles match and Andy Udovich won the No. 3 singles match for the Knights.
Green 4, CVCA 1
Tony Saunders, Tyler Fehr and Adam Jasso each won their singles matches for the Bulldogs in a nonleague win over the Royals.
Copley 3, St. Ignatius 2
Andrew Ong won his No. 2 singles match and Alan Du won the No. 3 singles match to keep the Indians (10-0) undefeated this season. Freshman brothers Austin and Gavin Aten won their No. 1 doubles match for the Indians.
