Senior Sam Weyandt scored 13 points and senior Katie Rush had nine points and eight rebounds as the Falcons (8-13) hung on for a victory despite 19 turnovers.
Sophomore Katie Uminski had 15 points and 13 rebounds and junior Morgan Jeter had 11 for the Wildcats (4-17).
Fairless plays at 1 p.m. Saturday against second-seeded Archbishop Hoban for a sectional championship at Lake High School.

West Branch 72, Hubbard 31
Melinda Trimmer and Pavin Heath each scored 12 points and Brittany Bryte had 11 points for the Warriors. Trimmer scored all of her points on four 3-point field goals and Bryte had two 3-pointers.
The second-seed Warriors play 1 p.m. Saturday for the sectional championship against sixth-seeded Youngstown Cardinal Mooney.
Struthers 66, Salem 40
Katherine Stiff had 14 points and Megan Lehwald scored 10 points in a losing cause for Quakers.
