Nuggets 103, 76ers 92

Jordan Hamilton hit three consecutive 3-pointers late in the fourth quarter to help the Denver Nuggets overcome a slow start for a win over the host Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday night.

The Nuggets led by four with 4:28 to go before Hamilton, who finished with 13 points, made three 3s in a span of 67 seconds to push Denver’s lead to 11. Nate Robinson led the way with 20 points for the Nuggets (12-8), who were playing their fourth game in five nights and had dropped their previous two.

Tony Wroten finished with 20 points for the Sixers (7-14), who held a four-point lead at the half. Philadelphia has dropped 10 of 12.

Denver dominated from beyond the arc, where it hit seven 3-pointers to the Sixers’ three, and on the boards, where it won the rebounding battle 52-38.

Heat 103, Timberwolves 82

LeBron James had 21 points, eight assists and 14 boards for his first double-digit rebounding game of the season, leading the visiting Miami Heat.

Dwyane Wade had 19 points and five rebounds in his return from a two-game absence.

James’ 14 boards tied his high in a Heat uniform.

Kevin Martin scored 19 points for the Timberwolves.

Warriors 108, Grizzlies 82

The visiting Golden State Warriors used a strong second-half surge to rout the Memphis Grizzlies.

The Warriors expanded on a six-point halftime lead with 28-17 advantage in the third quarter. Klay Thompson scored 30 points to lead the Warriors.

Pistons 92, Bulls 75

Brandon Jennings scored 33 points and handed out five assists to power the visiting Detroit Pistons over the Chicago Bulls, who were led by Taj Gibson’s 21 points and 10 rebounds.
