Akron Zoo — 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, 500 Edgewood Ave. Zoorific Career Days will be offered today and April 10, 15 and 17 for students in grades 7-12. The program will also be offered April 9 and 16 for students in grades 5-6. Students will be able to go behind-the-scenes, watch animal training sessions, feed the penguins and more. To help all aspiring photographers, the zoo will hold its sixth annual Photography Workshop Saturday. A beginner’s class will run from 8-10 a.m. for anyone with a new camera or for anyone just learning how to take pictures. There will be an intermediate class from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. There will also be a class from 2-4 for kids ages 8-15 who are just starting to learn to take pictures.
