Alzheimer's Association Blondes vs. Brunettes Flag Football Fundraiser Recruiting Players & Coaches

UPublish story by

The Great East Ohio Alzheimer’s Association’s Blondes vs. Brunettes flag football game is seeking players and coaches.

Blondes vs. Brunettes is a volunteer event driven by young professionals that brings the passion and spirit of young community members together to support the Alzheimer’s Association. The event is an organized flag football game in which the two participating teams (females only) are coached (males and females) and divided based on the age-old rivalry between blondes and brunettes. (Note: Redheads are “free agents,” permitted to play for the team of their choice).

The funds raised at Blondes vs. Brunettes benefit the care, support, advocacy and research of the Alzheimer’s Association.

The game will take place on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at the University of Akron Stile Athletics Field House.

If you're interested in playing, coaching or volunteering please call 330-650-0552 or email barrowood@alz.org or bvbakron@gmail.com
