Applications are being accepted now for the Medina Rotary “Service Above Self” Scholarships!
Given in memory of local Rotarians who dedicated their lives to the ideal of service Don Tubbs, Chick York, Harold Freidt, and Jim McClintock, the scholarships will be awarded to four graduating seniors in the amount of $1,250 each. Recipients will be invited to The Medina Rotary Club for the presentation of the awarded funds in June.
The Medina Rotary“Service Above Self” Scholarship recognizes students based on local and global community service involvement, achievements, and life circumstances. Applications are available online and through local high school guidance departments and must be submitted by April 30th. High school seniors applying for this scholarship opportunity must reside within the Buckeye, Medina or Highland school districts, but may attend a private academy or be home schooled.
