Time Warner Cable is looking to hire more than 30 professionals for full-time sales positions during a career fair and speed interviewing event Monday, November 19, in Akron.
Company representatives will be on hand to accept applications and interview qualified candidates for these positions. The details for the event:

Who: Inbound Sales Representatives for Time Warner Cable’s office in downtown Akron
When: Monday, November 19, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

“The successful candidate will bring an energetic personality to every phone call,” said Dan Bates, Director of Sales, Time Warner Cable Northeast Ohio/Western Pennsylvania. “Our inbound sales representatives are often the first point of contact prospective customers have with Time Warner Cable. We need great people who can make a positive first impression.”
Hourly rates for the positions start at $9.20 plus commission, with the potential of earning upwards of $45,000. Shift differentials, commission and incentives are offered, in addition to an excellent benefits package: paid time off, medical/dental/vision plans, 401(k) and discounted Time Warner Cable services.
Job applicants should bring updated copies of their resume and dress in business appropriate attire. Parking is available in the lot at the back of the building (opposite the entrance off Main Street).
