Ericha Fryfogle-Joy has been named Chief Marketing Officer for Hospice of the Western Reserve. Prior to the promotion, she served as the non-profit agency’s Director of Marketing and Provider Relations.
In her new leadership role, she develops and leads execution of the agency’s strategic marketing plan and oversees a staff of 15 Provider Relations professionals. She is also responsible for developing collaborative relationships with professional and community referral sources, including physicians and their staffs, hospital nursing, social work and discharge planners, social service and nursing home administrative staff, home health care agencies and community organizations.
Fryfogle-Joy directs the planning, development and administration of community and professional outreach efforts, advertising and engagement campaigns and public forums, and plans and implements educational programming for physicians and other allied health professionals. She promotes Hospice of the Western Reserve’s goals, mission and regional and national leadership position through networking opportunities, speaking engagements, health fairs and committee work.
Fryfogle-Joy holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Kent State University. She and her family live in Wadsworth, Ohio.
