A plant exchange is planned by Oak Grove Mennonite Church at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 28, in the church parking lot at 7843 Smucker Road, just east of Smithville.
Bring well-labeled perennials, annuals, seeds, bulbs, house plants, garden tools, canning jars, gardening books and magazines, flower pots, and outdoor furniture. Take home items others brought. No cash exchanged.
This is an opportunity to share with others - and get something new yourself - while thinning your flower beds and organizing your garden shed.
Everyone can take something home, even if they have brought nothing.
This is the same Saturday as the Smithville garage sales.
