Connecting by Design: Leveraging Technology to Close the Gaps
On October 22 Walsh University and ICG will host the second global symposium on Intelligent Communities.
Key note speaker is Suneet Sing Tuli CEO of DataWind and visionary of the world's most affordable tablet computer. Other presenters include the creator of a world-wide project exploring the role of "design thinking" in education, and the evolution of Chattanooga, America's "Gig City." A "town hall" style gathering will allow participants to explore the challenges of transitioning to the knowledge economy together, rather than in the silos of education, business and government.
Delegates from the 2013 "Intelligent Community of the Year," Taichung City, Taiwan, will tell their story and the 2014 "Top21" cities from around the world will be announced.
Held on the Walsh University campus 2020 East Maple in North Canton, Ohio. Cost is $40. Please register by October 15 through Eventbrite icfsymposium.eventbrite.com or call our Hotline 330.490.7442.
