Library to host after hours event for genealogists

UPublish story by Akron-Summit County Public Library

Area genealogists are invited to mingle with fellow researchers and uncover the details of their ancestry at “Late Night at the Library,” an evening of genealogy research and activities sponsored by the Special Collections Division and the Summit County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society Friday, November 1 from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. at Main Library, 60 S. High St., Akron.

Representatives of the Cuyahoga Portage Chapter of the Daughters of the Revolution and the William Wetmore Chapter of Daughters of 1812 will answer questions about membership.
