Robert Bean brings nearly three years of experience to the team, and will serve as an IT Support Specialist for the firm, primarily responsible for supporting the BCG Systems Network Assurance program and clients.
Prior to joining BCG Systems, Bean served as an IT Support Analyst at Grace Church, providing server maintenance, desktop support and more. Bean also served as a Help Desk Analyst at InfoCision Management Corporation where he was responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computer hardware failures, software failures, user issues, or mechanical failures. Bean is an alumnus of The University of Akron where he earned an associate’s degree in Applied Business with an emphasis in computer information systems and Cisco Networking. Bean currently resides in Akron, OH.
