Hudson’s Restaurant is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with a special menu available March 16-17. Hudson’s St. Patrick’s Day Menu will take you straight to Ireland with Corned Beef and Cabbage, slow cooked and served with parsley butter potatoes.
Rich Irish Beef Stew wrapped in boxty, a traditional Irish potato pancake, the classic Reuben Sandwich served with house cut French fries, and Corned Beef Sandwich served with French fries.
Hudson’s full service bar will be mixing up an Irish Chocolate martini, Lucky Cosmos, Guinness and Great Lakes Brewing Company’s Conway’s Irish Ale. Hurry in before you miss the celebration. The special menu is available at both locations: 80 North Main Street, Hudson and 3900 Medina Road, Akron.
