In this new role, Paula Lewis will oversee the Defined Contribution, Technical & Legal Compliance, Participant Services, and Client Support Services departments. She will report directly to CEO, Mike Spickard.

With this promotion, Tegrit Group will be able to fully leverage Paula’s passion, technical depth, and her many years of experience running a TPA operation very similar to ours”, Spickard stated.

From 1996 to 2010, Paula Lewis was employed by one of the top CPA firms in the USA, which led to her serving in a Director role where she was responsible for practice development, managing the unit’s profitability, and directing the staff of the department for multiple offices. She joined Tegrit Group in 2011 as Manager, Client and Advisor Experience. She holds both a QKA and QPA designation and resides in Copley, Ohio.
