The Arc of Stark County's annual Premier Event will be held Wednesday, Oct. 9 at the Canton Civic Center and Players Guild Theatre.
The event will feature a variety show by individuals with developmental disabilities, a catered reception and a basket raffle.
Acts include American Idols Special Needs cheerleaders, Canton Charge cheerleaders, Beyond Our Boundaries, Handprints Choir, Erin Byrne, Tim Bailey, Angel Project, Lauren Mascitti, Danceability and Elec Simon.
“The Arc is so excited to be able to hold an event that features the talents of so many people with developmental disabilities,” Arc Executive Director Ron Klonowski said. “I think people will be amazed and moved by our performers.
“The Premier Event is an opportunity to support a great organization. We provide support to families of individuals with developmental disabilities each year.”
The reception begins at 6 p.m., followed by the show at 7:15. Tickets are $25 and may be ordered by calling The Arc at 330-492-5225.
