Akron Companies Secure Patriotic Patent

Akron, Ohio – The Akron-based Intellectual Property Firm of Frisina and Smith, LLC have secured a patent for a unique design that pairs the United States Bill of Rights with an American Flag in an “inventive arrangement”. The patent for the ornamental design was secured last July on behalf of its Akron-based client, the American Values Flag Company. The flags are now available for purchase online at www. AmVal.org or by emailing steve@AmVal.org. The flags are being distributed nationwide for use during Memorial Day remembrance ceremonies and Forth of July celebrations.
