Allegro Realty Advisors adds Donny Davis

Cleveland (January 3, 2012) – Donny Davis has joined Allegro Realty Advisors, a Northeast Ohio based commercial real estate services firm, practicing in the firm's Strategic Advisory Consulting service line, advising corporations and public sector clients with real estate needs on a local, national and international basis.

Davis joins Allegro with a broad range of experience, largely in the non-profit and public sectors. His focus and experience includes the areas of sustainability, land use planning, demographic analysis, stakeholder engagement, geographic information systems (GIS), energy, and solid waste management.

Prior to joining Allegro, Donny served as Research & Communications Manager at Lake Erie Energy Development Corporation (LEEDCo), where he played an important role in developing Icebreaker, the offshore wind project on Lake Erie. Prior to LEEDCo, Mr. Davis served as an intern for the City of Akron’s Department of Planning and Urban Development. Additionally, He has been serving on the Summit/Akron Solid Waste Management Authority’s Board of Trustees as a Citizen-At-Large.

Mr. Davis earned a B.A. in Public Relations with an Environmental Studies Certificate and a M.A. in Urban Planning and GIS, both from the University of Akron.
