Prior to joining the firm, Sheppard served as Director of Constituent Giving for Nationwide Children’s Hospital Foundation for more than seven years where she was part of the hospital’s unprecedented $300 million capital campaign. In this role, she was responsible for securing major gifts and managing key donor relationships with individuals, corporations and foundations, many of which led to six- and seven-figure gifts during her tenure.
