HOMETOWN BANK ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS

KENT, OH: Hometown Bank announces the following promotions.

We are pleased to announce the following promotions at the bank that were made at the December 16th Board of Directors meeting. These outstanding leaders represent years of community banking expertise and we feel confident in their commitment to the bank as well as to our customers and communities.

Howard T. Boyle II, to Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer

Richard Bissler to Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors

O. J. Schneider, Jr. to Senior Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer

Michael Lewis to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Brian Bialik to Senior Vice President and Chief Loan Officer

Colin Boyle to Vice President and Secretary

Megan Reiners to Vice President, Main Office Manager

Scott Mikula to Vice President, Assistant Operations Officer, and Bank Card Manager

Michael Cone to Vice President, Loan Operations Manager

Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Richard Bissler stated “our Board congratulates the above well deserving individuals and appreciate all of their efforts and talents as we move to further embrace the challenges of community banking.”
