Richard Peebles, Jr. named President of Tri-C Construction.

Richard Peebles, Jr. joined Tri-C Construction Company on January 8, 2013, as president. He is responsible for the overall direction of Tri-C Construction from a long-term strategic perspective to the day-to-day management of operations. He has ultimate responsibility for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, the preconstruction and daily operations of projects.

Peebles stated, “Also very important to me is the development and mentoring of our associates, so that they may grow and be successful in their roles, which in turn ultimately benefits our clients as well as Tri-C Construction.”

Peebles has over 27 years of experience as a results-generating, multi-dimensional construction executive with extensive management experience including leading multiple projects as a senior-level manager. He relocated from Atlanta, Georgia where he was a senior vice president with Hardin Construction Company.

“I am excited to be working at Tri-C Construction,” said Peebles. “With my background and the expertise of the Tri-C staff, we can further build upon Tri-C’s terrific reputation of 40 plus years, to grow our revenues and client base while further enhancing our processes and tools.”

Tri-C Construction is the construction management arm of Cedarwood, a national real estate company, headquartered in Akron, OH, offering full-service in-house resources through its family of companies that include Cedarwood Development, Cedarwood Architectural and Riverview Management.
