Ayers Insurance and Stewart Pest Control attempted to save a 100-year-old White Oak tree last Wednesday.

The White Oak, which stands on Ayers property, has been around for over a century.  Instead of cutting it down, Nick Wladyczak, son of Karen Ayers, looked to find a way to preserve the tree.

Stewart Pest Control, which also calls itself “tree preservation experts” did a four-hour procedure to rid the tree of any pest that might reside inside it.

Instead of using spray, Stewart injected the tree to avoid any hazardous problems that the spray might cause to people standing in the surrounding area.
