The Kent Free Library announces that it will begin its 4th annual Winter Reading Program on Jan 4.

Kids in preschool through grade five can earn snowflakes for filling out book reviews, checking out library materials and attending library programs. The snowflakes can then be used as raffle entries for a chance to win prizes such as popular books and DVDs.

Teenagers in grades six through 12 can earn a Bingo card for reading and attending library programs and will also have a chance to win prizes.
