From the Portage County Animal Protection League:

OH HENRY! It's your time to shine. Remember Henry, the Beagle that was hit by a car on Labor Day weekend? The result was Henry having his left front leg amputated. This didn't slow Henry down, and his recovery has been remarkable! After his surgery, Henry met and fell in love with a Beagle named Lady. Sadly (but gladly) Lady was adopted. Henry started to get depressed, and longs for a home ...all his own. We're sure he'd glady share that house with a family, and another dog. Henry is 3 years old, neutered, up to date on shots, has a one year Rabies shot and has his booster. Pups like this do much better in a home envirornment, and that is no exception for Henry. Do yourself a favor, put your running shoes on and make a mad dash for the A.P.L. before Henry is adopted by someone else. You'll be oh so glad you did!
