COLUMBUS: The Ohio Controlling Board will vote Monday on providing a $500,000 loan to build a new facility for P3 Infrastructure Inc. in Stow.

The 20,000-square-foot building would be located at 671 McCauley Road and the entire project has been estimated at $1.6 million, according to state documents.

P3 Infrastruture, based at 2146 Enterprise Parkway, Twinsburg, has committed to creating five new jobs and retaining four positions. The company creates and manufactures coatings and adhesive polymer solutions.

The 20-year loan would have an interest rate of 2.75 percent.

The loan was requested by Nosterra LLC, a real estate holding company.
