Metro RTA releases documents reviewed during investigation of executive director. Reported by Paula Schleis. More than 370 pages of documents were released by Metro RTA on Thursday, revealing the information used by a law firm hired to investigate charges of harassment and misconduct against Executive Director Richard En-tee. Metro RTA refused to release the law firm’s final report, but did provide the Beacon Journal with documents used in the making of the report. Editor Bruce Winges said, The Beacon Journal Ohio dot com asked for these records so those in our community can understand how this public board is making its decisions. We hope to bring transparency to this process that has been rather drawn out.
