Chef Louis Prpich is hosting a risotto-inspired five-course wine dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m. Monday at his Sugo Bistro, 2485 State Road, Cuyahoga Falls.
Each course will be paired with a wine of Italy’s Piedmont region. Prpich said he is incorporating risotto into each dish, but will be changing its structure at each turn into something new, including using it to make pappardelle pasta.
