The Harbor Beach home of 1970’s heartthrob David Cassidy is on the market. Cassidy, best known as TV’s Keith Partridge from “The Partridge Family”, has listed his 7,016 square foot home in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The beautiful, Mediterranean styled home is priced at $4,495,000. On nearly half an acre, the estate includes water access and a deeded dock.

Skirted by palm fronds, a columned entry way welcomes guests to the home. Once indoors, the home features a peek-a-boo floor plan making it the perfect space to hold events or gatherings. From the formal entryway, gorgeous glass pained French doors open to the dinning room. The kitchen includes warm, honey wood cabinets, black granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Each room exits to a landscaped courtyard. A backyard oasis includes a heated in-ground pool with whirlpool and flagstone patios.
