R.I.P., Don Grady, the affable actor best known as Robbie Douglas on "My Three Sons." Some obits here and here. Local folks may particularly remember an episode where Robbie tried to build a Soap Box Derby racer, with a dream of competing in Akron.

Former local resident Holly Durst (of "Bachelor/Bachelor Pad" fame) and Blake Julian have wed (she's now Holly Julian)  and you can find a wedding video here.

The latest movie to be shot in Northeast Ohio was announced Wednesday in North Canton. Story here. One side note: D.W. Moffett, cast in the football-themed film, was also a recurring character in the classic, football-related series "Friday Night Lights." He played J.D. McCoy's vile father Joe, called by one EW.com writer the biggest Texas villain since J.R. Ewing.
