On May 26 Cuyahoga Falls High School hosted the Nan Klinger Excellence in Dance Workshop 2012. Performances featured dance styles such as tap, jazz, ballet and hip hop.

Dancers performed in front of a packed auditorium which seats 1700. The workshop featured preschool level performers to advanced dancers including members of this years graduating class.

"It is a great experience for our dancers to showcase their skills from the age 3-18," said Mia Klinger, Artistic Director of Nan Klinger Excellence in Dance.

"Parents of the younger dancers love seeing the most advanced dancers performing variations choreographed for professional dancers."

The evening also featured members of the Cuyahoga Valley Youth Ballet, which recently held the world premiere of The Little Mermaid at Akron Civic Theatre.

Nan Klinger Excellence in Dance trains children from a preschool level to become members of the Cuyahoga Valley Youth Ballet and prepares students for professional level performaces.
