The Ohio State Men’s Glee Club will perform Sunday as part of the Parish Arts Series of Fairlawn Lutheran Church. Drop anchor

The Progressive Akron Boat & Water Sports Show will set sail Friday through Sunday at the John S. Knight Center in downtown Akron. The show features boats ranging from special designs for water skiing, wake-boarding and wake-surfing to conventional family runabouts and fishing models. Admission is $5.

College spirit

College Spirit Days starts this weekend at the Akron Zoo. The first colleges up are Kent State and Stark State. Guests who wear gear from either school this weekend will get $2 off the regular admission price.

Acrobats swing by

The Akron Civic Theatre will play host to the Golden Dragon Acrobats at 4 p.m. Sunday. The troupe hails from Cangzhou, Hebei province, in China. Tickets range from $20 to $35. For more, visit akroncivic.com.

Nature’s acrobats

Summit Metro Parks is hosting the program Squirrels: Nature’s Acrobats at 11 a.m. Sunday at the F.A. Seiberling Nature Realm’s Visitors Center at 1828 Smith Road in Akron.
