Bill Behrendt, executive director of Ohio Citizens for the Arts, will be at the Akron Art Museum 4-5:30 p.m. for a “Community Conversation” on the arts. He successfully lobbied state legislators to ensure a place in the most recent state budget for the arts, and will speak about the status of public sector funding and how art advocates can make an impact on budget deliberations.
